Charge and Its Effects On Water
You are an electrical being. If you get too much electricity (lightning, for example) or too little, it will adversely impact your health.
Your body is made of cells, which are made of atoms which are made of protons, neutrons, and electrons. Your ability to see, to move, to have a heartbeat and brain activity is reliant on the MOVEMENT OF ELECTRONS throughout your body.
Your body requires regular INput of electrons to perform its functions. We get them from food. We get them from the earth. But most of us DON'T get them from water.
In fact the water you're probably drinking right now is likely to have a positive charge. That means when it comes into your body, it must reach equilibrium or balance. It therefore combines with and ties up electrons from your body making them unavailable for other purposes.
Your drinking water is likely to be robbing your body of vital electron energy unless your water is optimized.
It makes no sense to put fuel in our body that gunks up the metabolic engine! Yet, every day people drink positively charged water rather than negatively charged water.
We just don't know better, and that includes the experts.

Here's a short explanation. We all know that oxygen is vital for life, even more so than water. Without oxygen, we get to die in minutes. So let's keep our oxygen flowing.
One reason oxygen is so vital is that, among other things, it DONATES vital electrons to our bodies. But once that electron transfer takes place TO our body, we now have an "electon shortage" in the oxygen molecule.
We call this electron-needy molecule an oxygen RADICAL. An oxygen radical is highly unstable and will TAKE an electron from whatever molecule it's near that has a looser hold on its electrons than the oxygen has need for it.
It becomes an electron tug of war, and the oxygen radical usually wins.
We need ANTIoxidants to donate electrons to make the oxygen radical stable molecules again. This prevents them from doing damage. This goes on every second of every day of every year of our lives.
Antioxidants from food requires time. The food molecules must be absorbed, digested, and broken down before it can donate electrons.
Food is time-release antioxidants.
Optimized water, on the other hand, has an abundance of free electrons contained within it. They instantly neutralize oxygen radicals and other electrically unstable molecules.
Optimized water is instant antioxidants.
If you're interested in maintaining your health, and even prolonging your life, then it is helpful to have plenty of antioxidants all the time.
Every time you breath you create radicals that need to be neutralized. Every time you exercise you create more radicals.
When you are stressed you create more sickness-inducing oxygen radicals. The way to offset the potential damage is through lots of antioxidants.
