Minerals Are Vital

Minerals make up about 4% of your body. You get them from food or supplements, but the ideal way is through your drinking water.

Not all minerals are the same when it comes to how your body utilizes them. It really doesn't matter how many minerals you consume from food, supplements, or water if they're not absorbed and utilized at the cellular level.

Chlorine?  Really?  Essential for human health? They're referring to the chloride form that is part of human life, not the chlorine that kills. It's all about the chemical form.

In the right form, all these minerals are essential to our health and that's why they are part of the formula for optimizing your drinking water.

Since we often can't control our source water, we have ways of treating it within the home to help maintain minerals in the ideal range.

Water optimization involves filtering out the particulate minerals that are not well absorbed by the body and just make water murky.

We then optimize the dissolved minerals (often referred to as the TDS or Total Dissolved Solids). These are the ones that will most easily get to your cells and support life.

The dissolved minerals (ions) contribute to optimized water being able to hold the right electrical charge. They also affect the pH or alkalinity of the water.
